I have been in the commercial real estate business for over 20 years. During that time, I have the opportunity to observe many construction professionals and projects. After interviewing numerous contractors, my wife and I hired Scott Foulke for a significant renovation of a portion of our house. To add to the many complexities of our project, we told Scott we wanted to live in the house during the construction.
